Pickle jar filled with more than 5000 mint and used U.S. stamps off-paper. A quick examination of the outside reveals a couple of Confederate States issues, an imperforate 1c National Parks block of 6, an early airmail stamp (6c denomination), many large bank notes, and a 2c Washington booklet pane of 6. Lots of usable mint postage. Many hours of fun going through this. It will certainly contain some pleasant surprises.
